Project 2.1. The introduction of technological research and the development of an optimized cathode-ray heater for the production of high-purity materials.

  1. The basic design of the block for cleaning the electron beam from accompanying impurities has been developed. The sizes of some of the block elements are optimized based on the previously created mathematical model of the process.

  3. The carried out experimental processes showed a good correlation of the actual concentration of electrically active impurities with those calculated on the basis of the data of the previously carried out processes.
  4. The work continues in accordance with the project plan.
