Determination of “the effect of technology on the lifetime of nonequilibrium charge carriers in the production of high-quality silicon”.

In accordance with the program “Technology Transfer Program” ID 1.2.1.2/16/I/001 for a voucher, the Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA) completed the project “Determining the effect of technology on the lifetime of nonequilibrium charge carriers in the production of high-quality silicon”. The joint project of KEPP EU JSC and the Institute of Solid State Physics of the University of Latvia (LU CFI) was successfully completed and its results were mastered in production at KEPP EU JSC
