In May 2018, a cooperation agreement was signed with the Institute of Crystals of the University of Leibniz in Berlin. In accordance with the agreement, an installation was obtained for growing silicon single crystals by the FZ method. Our commitment is to supply the Institute with silicon rods grown in the process with electron beam heating.
Growing labaratory
The installation was put into operation for the development of technology in September 2018.
1 Disloc free single crystal
In March 2019, the first dislocation-free silicon single crystal with a diameter of 60 mm was obtained. In April 2019, the first pilot batch of single crystals was sent for testing to the Buyer.
